So i decided to challenge them. Im convinced... And i simply love BBQs! You order what you want from the menu and the chef will bbq it in front of you. In fact that is where the cooking takes place. The food alone is unable to keep you full. Unless of course you have a big fat wallet with you or an ultra thin wallet containing only credit cards. Order some Gohan = Rice ($1.80) to go along with your food. There isnt much seasoning and sauce to the food but the chefs sprinkle a special type of salt (sea-salt) to bring out the taste. I have no idea what to recommend you because all of them are good and it really depends on what you order. BUT be sure to order the Unagi Negi Yaki ($5.50) and the Chicken Balls ($5.00). They are to die-for... I myself ordered a second serving of those!

Food Quality: ****
Ambience: **
Price: ****
Service: ***
Overall: ****

Some pictures below:

<img style="DISPLAY: block; They started out in baking cakes and pastries. However due to immense competition in the F&B industry, they expanded into café and restaurant business. Hans serve a wide variety of food which ranges from Western set lunches such as steaks, pork chops and pastas to Chinese food such as hor fun, vegetarian food and congee. They even serve sandwiches, breakfast sets, omlettes, salads, cakes, desserts, smoothies etc. Im not too sure about the standard of their chinese food (Im usually rather skeptical about the standards of chinese food being served in a Western restaurant) but their Western food is rather good. If you are craving for some Western food which is relatively cheap, this is the place for you and you must try the Fish N Chips ($7.80). For a Fish N Chips at that price is very reasonable. The fish is not too dry. I would also like to recommend the Chicken Chop ($8.80). The chicken is very tasty however it may have a chinese feel to it. Personally, i feel this is a nice place to just settle that crave for western food. You may give it a try if you like...

Food Quality: **
Ambience: *
Price: *
Service: *
Overall: **

Some pictures below:

~ The outlet at Far East Plaza ~

~ It comes with a drink, garlic bread and the soup of the day... ~

~ Chicken Chop ~

~ The Fish N Chips ~

Carl's Jr.
@ Vivocity / Marina Square / Suntec City / Plaza Singapura

I think i dont have to say much about this restaurant. I suppose all of you who reads this would have already eaten this a thousand times already. Nevertheless, i would still want to recommend this restaurant. Carl's Jr is known for their premium quality charbroiled burgers and their all-you-can-drink beverage bars. Some of their speciality burgers are the Western Bacon Cheeseburger ($5.90), Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich (7.70), Sourdough Bacon Cheeseburger ($6.90), Chilli Cheeseburger ($7.50), and the list goes on and on... I would personally like to recommend the Portobello Mushroom Burger ($8.00). For the first time i had ever eaten such an expensive burger for a fast-food restaurant. Was rather skeptical about it but after my first bite... I have nothing to complain about. It was fabulous! And its definitely worth the money. They have some great sides too. The Beef Chilli Cheese Fries ($3.80) is a should try. The taste is rather special. However if you are ordering the Chilli Cheeseburger as well, you shouldn't order the fries. 'Cos both taste the same!

Food Quality: ****
Ambience: *
Price: **
Service: ***
Overall: ***

Some pictures below:

~ This is the Sourdough Bacon Cheeseburger. We used to go to the Tanglin Mall branch. That is the main branch. But later Paragon opened another outlet so now we go to the Paragon branch since it is more convenient. I will always order the Tori Katsu Set ($13.00). I can tell you it is the best fried chicken cutlet i had ever eaten. The quantity is alot and the chicken is fried till it is crispy on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside. Another must order is the Ura Maki ($12.00), also known as California Reverse Roll. Whoever walks into this restaurant will definitely order this dish. Its one of their speciality dish. Unlike the normal California Roll which you see at the normal Japanese Restaurants. Just the look of it tells you that its the premium California Roll among all. More dishes to recommend are the Sukiyaki, Gyu Teriyaki ($15.00), Yakitori, etc. Sorry that im unable to list out all of the prices as there has been some price change to the menu.

Food Quality: *****
Ambience: ***
Price: ***
Service: ***
Overall: ****

Some pictures below:

~ A picture taken from my seat. So i shall skip that and go straight to the point... Alright... Since this is my first entry i shall share with you one of my faves... Here we go... Opps... Forgot to mention that the ratings are upon 5 for each criteria. Enjoy!

Bakerz Inn
@ Paragon

I only got to eat this once and i fell straight in love with it... Went to eat with my girlfriends... The must try is the Linguini in Mushroom Cream($11.80)... Ohlala... The sauce is so so so so heavenly... Its creamy and thick... Cooked to the perfection... The Mussel Linguini($14.80) is also one of my fave... I was so curious as to how it will taste... A mixture of Chinese and Italian... But it was great. For cheesecake lovers, the Green tea cheesecake is a must try... I myself do not like green tea but one of my friends recommended this to me. And he guaranteed that the green tea taste is not very strong and true enough!

Food Quality: ****
Ambience: ***
Price: **
Service: ***
Overall: ***
